Mesmer PVE build advice
Hello!
I'd like to get some feedback on my mesmer build I use for general use, like missions and VQs.
At the moment I am doing Tyria Gaurdian title and I have started to struggle a bit. What can I do to make this build more sufficient?
Psychic Instability
Cry of Frustration
Overload
Shatter Delusions
Unnatural Signet
Mistrust
Cry of Pain
Waste Not, Want not
Fast Casting 11 (1+10)
Domination Magic 14 (1+1+12)
Inspiration Magic 9 (1+8)
Please do not suggest a Panic build, because I do not find it enjoyable to use panic by my self.
Thanks you for your time!

First glance: Why 11 FC? If you go to 12 you get 4 seconds of knockdown.
I accidentally deleted the first half of my post that addressed your current build >_<. I'll edit it in later, but in the meantime I'll put the other half I had.
If you're looking for a different build to play have you tried EVAS AP? When I play Mesmer one of the more fun builds I like to play is:
Assassin's Promise
Arcane Echo
Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support
Finish Him
You Move Like a Dwarf(or Pain Inverter for certain areas)
Mistrust
Cry of Frustration
Auspicious Incantation/optional if I'm carrying a BiP(slot depends what I feel like doing/the area I'm in tbh)
12+3+1 Dom
10 Deadly Arts
6+1 FC
6+1 Inspiration(if using AI, otherwise I dump it into FC)
I often run Panic but this is so much more entertaing to me

Eh, well if you're struggling with the Guardian title (and you're insistent on using this over say, the Panic build or something completely different, like FD), then the problem will be with your heroes.
In the meantime, you could look at this I guess: http://www.gwpvx.com/Build:Me/any_Instability_Nuker

12+1+3 Illusion
8 Death Magic
10 FC
Signet of Illusions
Animate Bone Fiend
Auspicious Incantation
Illusion of Pain
Necrosis
Option slot - Asura Summon of choice, rupt
Option slot - Technobabble, Ebon Vangard Assassin Support, rupt
Option slot - res, self heal, ench strip, rupt
Energy Management is Auspicious Incant + Animate Bone Fiends with the impressive side benefit of level 18 Bone fiends very quickly with 10 FC (bring a high E set just in case you want to cast Animate Bone Minions twice in succession) - you can only have 6 Bone Fiends at a time with this set up. You can do alot of solo damage using just IOP + Necrosis. With Sig Iof Illusions, your asura summons & EVAS will be level 21 even if you have Little to NO RANK in those title tracks. If you don't have PvE skills, option sots are plentiful with SOI on your bar

I find leaving psychic instability to your hero and his god-like reflexes a better idea. I'd consider replacing it with esurge. Also, I'd go necro secondary and bring necrosis instead of overload for single target damage/clean-up,

Psychic Instability is best on humans since they're far more aggressive with it.
I use:
http://www.gwpvx.com/Special:PvXDeco...ame=&Go=Submit
FC: 11+1
Dom: 12+1+3
Insp: 6+1
I sometimes take out Chaos Storm for a resurrection skill, Shatter Delusions, hex removal, or something and WW for Overload. Drain Delusions could work too if you want.

I'd say focus the build on interrupts if you want to do interrupts, or focus it on damage if you want to do damage.
For the Domination interrupter:
Tease/Power Leech
Cry of Frustration
Overload
Power Spike
Mistrust
Cry of Pain
Signet of Disruption
*rez*
For the Domination spike damage (Mine's a Mes/Necro):
Spiritual Pain
Overload
Unnatural Signet
Technobabble (my personal choice, but anything that causes a condition)
Energy Surge
Necrosis
*self-heal* (I use Ether Feast)
*Rez*

You and every other baddie who thinks EVAS is actually good for damage. Actually being a mesmer is much more fun for mesmers than running a general build that isn't very effective.
